Location advantage
Minutes from the Shipyard. Miles from Ordinary.
The house sits in an established residential neighborhood on the north side of West Palm Beach, about five blocks — a ten-minute walk — from Safe Harbor Rybovich. Crew get to the boat on foot, and get away from it the same way.
Around it: quiet streets of single-family homes and mature trees, with local bakeries, cafés and shops a walk away. The marine trades and yard services of the waterfront, downtown West Palm Beach and the airport are all a short drive.
